IT Help Desk Technician

Our Cincinnati office has an excellent opportunity full-time Help Desk Technician. This successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the IT network and all users; will assist with the implementation of IT hardware and software; and troubleshoot and resolve issues for PCs, laptops, cell phones, printers and all other infrastructure support. Must have solid customer service experience working with all levels of the company; able to learn new things quickly; the ability to deal with conflicting demands; and the ability to prioritize requests.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience and some college IT courses preferred.
• Experience with both PC and Mac platforms
• Experience managing and servicing remote users
• A+ Certification and/or MS Certification as plus
• Experience with Autodesk software programs a plus
